Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the instasupport platform.
Acceptance of terms
- By creating an account or using instasupport, you agree to these terms of service.
- If you are using instasupport on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account and workspace
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Each workspace is owned by the merchant account that created it. Workspace data is scoped to that account.
- You may invite team members with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Agent, Viewer). You are responsible for the actions of users you invite.
Acceptable use
- You may use instasupport to audit storefronts you own or have authorization to analyze.
- You may not use the platform to conduct unauthorized scanning of third-party websites.
- You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- You may not use the platform to send spam, phishing, or abusive content through support channels.
Service availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Audit execution, AI processing, and background jobs are performed asynchronously. Processing times may vary.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Data ownership
- You retain ownership of your store data, support conversations, and knowledge base content.
- You grant instasupport a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform services.
- Audit findings, AI-generated summaries, and recommendations belong to your workspace.
AI-generated content
- instasupport uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate classifications, suggested replies, summaries, and insights.
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI suggestions before they are sent to customers.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Billing and payments
- Free tier accounts are available with usage limits as described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of liability
- instasupport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
